Ella has been absolutely amazing in helping me pick flowers for my partner time and time again, even from the other side of Australia, often throwing together a couple custom bundles of flowers and baskets, providing a professional opinion and helping when I am undecided. Designed to bloom goes above and beyond with customer service including taking time out of their busy schedule to fit sending photos and making adjustments to my select orders.
