This place had the nicest show room and the women in the office are very good at there job..and the install team knocked it out the park..and the install team was amazing
I had a window scheduled from 12-4 to get mirror measurements. I even confirmed that morning. Unbeknownst to me, the tech showed up very early(I wasn’t home) did not call me or have anyone call to tell me. He never came back in the scheduled window, still no call. Let me wait ALL day knowing he wasn’t going to honor our appointment. When I called to check his ETA(tail end of the time window) the person answering the phones had to track him down to find out what’s going on. He offered no solution, apology or any care.
Great place for all your glass needs!
