I’m working with Dr. Brady, and he’s awesome!! I’ve been back squatting for 3 years, and always felt like there was something off about my form. I’ve asked several trainers, and none of their feedback really clicked. Dr. Brady took one look at my squat and knew exactly what I needed to do to squat properly for my specific body type. I finally feel the right muscles working😂 He’s also super chill and easy to talk to, so I highly recommend!
