I’m working with Dr. Brady, and he’s awesome!! I’ve been back squatting for 3 years, and always felt like there was something off about my form. I’ve asked several trainers, and none of their feedback really clicked. Dr. Brady took one look at my squat and knew exactly what I needed to do to squat properly for my specific body type. I finally feel the right muscles working😂 He’s also super chill and easy to talk to, so I highly recommend!

I am a veteran referred from the VA to Designed 2 Move. Dr. Abbi has been tremendously helpful and professional! I've been through six weeks of therapy and have seen wonderful results.
This past summer I hurt my knee and went through all of the PT with the hospital but they deemed me "good enough" to be done when I was still a long ways from being able to resume my normal routine. I have been a runner for years and regularly do yoga and HIIT type classes. I was still unable to run after PT. I've been a patient of Dr. Aaron's for years for neck issues.
