Ive been using Designated Vaping for about a year now. The store is super clean and the staff is down to earth and helpful. I dont like those 'lounge' style vape shops, I feel dirty after being in them. DV is kept like a REAL store, you can try stuff out but you dont get to just lay around like a bum. I just bought 4 batteries today, took 30 seconds, I asked for the best batteries for the best price and they pointed me right to it, no pushy up-sale, no waiting. Great customer service. The owner help me get the products I wanted for my adult kids to help them get off cigarettes. They are now vaping.... customer service is top notch.
Love the people that work there, they are polite, fast and give you good info and will actually tell you I don't know if they do not know. So instead of making up some bull crap just say I'm not sure bc lies never work & like I don't know anything about electronics.lol I do HVAC for a living pretty sure can fig out or fix a little Mod device if given the right advice;) Anyways off subject a bit. I would not recommend this place to any one! I was a very loyal customer for a couple of years and never had an issue until yesterday. I purchased an eGo AIO that an employee recommended and went in a week later with receipt to return or exchange because it did not work like I was told it would. The guy working there was a complete jerk and would not take it back! He told me I needed to clean it?
