I got a bad Christmas tree (the last one they had of this kind) and they made it right without charging me any extra money for the upgrade! You guys are the best and even tho I was already a faithful customer I will FOREVER be a faithful customer. They put the customer before the $$. That’s huge in this day and time!

I have shopped at DW since they opened, bought wreaths, bows, gifts, garland and trees NO MORE. They advertise one price and charge another, say 70% off and they go back to the original price and not the advertised price. Do not shop here or trust them. Really sad that they are sneaky and money hungry...... really not the money it is Principles of business or lack of.
