We hired Design Works to install a new patio, walls, fire pit, front walkway, plants, trees, lawn, and irrigation system. They did a really nice job with these installations and we continue to work closely with the staff to maintain everything. Design Works is very reliable. They answer phone calls and texts quickly. I do not recommend design works for the poor quality and sloppy service. We engaged them recently for our landscaping project. I had to call them several times to get the fence closed, the irrigation was not set properly and had to call them twice to fix it. They didn’t a good job with hydroseeding, it’s been outsourced to another third party and they point fingers at them without any resolution, it has just been difficult in getting back a proper response. Absolutely bad service overall from the time we engaged.

We chose Design Works after other people in our neighborhood were using them and I noticed their yards looked fantastic. They weren't even advertising, I just noticed their trucks in the neighborhood in front of those houses. I noticed they were planting and taking care of flowers/plantings throughout the year, which is something my wife and I always wanted but didn't have time to do ourselves. The best full-service landscaping company we have ever worked with. They are knowledgeable, skilled, and communicative. The don't just do the basics like most, they understand design, and keep all the plants, shrubs, trees in line throughout all the seasons - they also provided superb hardscaping for our new patio. We trust our home's appearance to them and fully endorse them if you are considering a new company.
