I can’t say enough good things about Ade who helped me with office chairs at DC’s Design Within Reach store in Georgetown. Ade was patient, understanding and professional every time I came into the store to look at chairs. She encouraged me to take my time and helped me make an informed decision about which chair to buy. I had an incredibly disappointing experience trying to special order a Herman Miller chair. The representative(Louine Wailes) I spoke with repeatedly recommended chairs that were in stock, despite me requesting a custom order. It felt like he was trying to avoid helping me, even going so far as to say it was a 'new homework' for him. I still haven't received any follow-up email, and to make matters worse, I was able to contact Herman Miller directly and place a custom order in just 5 minutes. Terrible service.
