Item (Pier Library shelf) arrived 14 days after date communicated at purchase and was damaged during delivery. I was able to bend poles back into place and install in a lower-traffic area of house. DWR refunded shipping but wouldn’t discount for product and shipping issues. Insisted on shipping replacement parts instead that aren’t needed, using same shipping company and (I’m assuming) another 2-3 week wait. Way too much work to buy a bookshelf.
Great store. The store staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased some iconic items that are perfect for our home. Thanks for the great experience. J & B
Be wary of what they tell you, was charged $165 for a return when I clearly asked and was stated it would be $79. Very deceptive company.
Sales people too aggressive. I just want to browse to see what's available. if I have questions I'll come to a sales. I was on the phone when I walked in. 2 people came up 3 times with 10 mins when I already told them I was on the phone and will come to them if I have questions.
