DWR is preparing to open a beautiful new Studio in fall 2018 in the South End Design District, a neighborhood of art galleries, shops, restaurants, residences and hotels served by light rail and adjacent to the Charlotte Rail Trail. In the meantime, this pop-up store is open just a block away from the new location, chock-full of modern sofas, chairs, tables, lighting, flooring, task chairs and more.

Be wary of what they tell you, was charged $165 for a return when I clearly asked and was stated it would be $79. Very deceptive company.
Sales people too aggressive. I just want to browse to see what's available. if I have questions I'll come to a sales. I was on the phone when I walked in. 2 people came up 3 times with 10 mins when I already told them I was on the phone and will come to them if I have questions.
Excellent customer service! I recently bought two Herman Miller Embody chairs—one arrived in perfect condition, while the other had a few issues. Thankfully, the Design Within Reach team has been fantastic, quickly arranging a replacement. I’m excited to have both chairs in flawless shape soon! A special shoutout to Starr for the fun and insightful demo—she’s a fantastic Herman Miller expert!
