I bought a bookshelf from the store, and it’s damaged within 10 months. I went to store to check if there is any warranty program can be applied to the item. The manager in store(Alain) gave me his business card and suggest me to send the photo to his email, so he can forward to the manufacturer to determine if it’s product issue or usage issue. Very stylish place with a great specialists! Very professional!
We ordered a bunch of furniture from DWR for our new place. Esme’s chair was much more expensive than at Lumens so we showed it to Andrea she confirmed via text that her manager has approved a price match after delivery, her manager Brian refused to honor the price match and had the chair and ottoman picked up. Edit: My "Account Executive" helped clear things up and the furniture is beautiful. Our second delivery went smooth and while I'm still annoyed at RXO it's not really this stores fault and customer service has been very good so I'm revising my review. Original: 2/5 The stuff is nice but the shipping company RXO is awful. Took forever to get scheduled, the time window was 4 hours with no notice.
