I don’t recommend renting from these guys. I had a one bed apartment in Renton. The apartments are of decent quality. Nothing to write home about, that’s for sure! Anyhow, in my final month I had multiple walk throughs with both management and potential tenants and both of which commented on how well maintained the place was. I even spent nearly $100 on blinds, a toilet seat, and a filter for the fan in the kitchen. It’s a $1,000 deposit and I got $400 back! Live in a complex they manage for 5 years .. Last 2 years they change the person atvtge office .. They NEVER answer the phone the kick us out without any reason. The building is falling apart avoid these place at all costs. At the end they starting to bring people to show my apartment without letting us know. Really avoid these place.
