Design Tree was perfect. I have a huge Aleppo Pine that needed to be thinned and trimmed to take weight off of one side of the tree so that it would not fall on the neighbor's house. I also wanted an old tree removed and a new one installed. Ben (the arborist) came first to assess the trees and made recommendations. I was charged for the full amount for a job not completed. I was charged $900.00 for the removal of a tree, they did not remove the base of the tree or the roots. They did not install the dripper for a new tree arguing that they did not have the right parts but they charged $500 for a 6 foot palo verde They also could not tell me the watering schedule needed nor how to use the fertilizer they left me They were cutting a branch from another tree.
