Julie at Design Travel has planned at least 7 trips for me over the past 10 years. Every one of these trips was a spectacular experience. Julie listens to what I want and is able to plan the perfect itinerary and accommodations to suit my needs. Can't recommend her highly enough!!!
We reached out to Julie with cruise questions, expecting the kind of service most travel agents provide at no extra cost. Instead, we were told that if we didn’t book through her, we’d be charged a fee for her time, which left us feeling pressured to commit. Later, when she booked our flights and hotel, she added yet another fee—something that was never clearly explained upfront.
