Crystal from zumpanos called me and beg me if she could earn my business back after 5 months of not buying from them... I agreed and decided to give them a second chance the first job I give them they sell my customer 4x16 white tile... today is my last day at their job and I went to install the shower and all of the tile is Warped and junk... The staff is not trained well at all, My wife & I used both norcoss & alpharetta store...the women in showroom come & go... every time we call to speak to our sales lady that said she no longer works here... not sure what the inner problems are but there a joke... we asked to see some porcelain tiles and the lady showed is travertine I called her out on it and she apologized, she said it looks so real , she couldnt tell....we ended up walking out and went elsewhere. One lady just sat and pointed out tile. Uhhhh
