We had Design Tile & Flooring remodel our shower a few years ago and have been extremely disappointed with how the situation has been handled since. We had no issues with our shower before the remodel. Immediately after the work was completed, the shower began backing up. An installer returned and cleared the drain by ramming something down into it, but not long afterward we began experiencing a slow leak.
