My floors were installed with gaps and cracked planks. The owner came to my house three times to look at the floors and asked for me to bring up the extra planks from the basement. Since she didn’t have a date she could commit to I told her to let me know when you can send someone to fix the floors and then I would bring them up. Good thing I didn’t as it’s been over a year now. I have had tape on my floors marking all the cracks and gaps and setting holes that weren’t filled for two holiday seasons now.
