All i can say is my bathroom is GORGEOUS!! My significant other is special needs and they did a roll in shower, and converted a smaller shower area into a giant linen closet. Laid some beautiful tile. Clay and his group are great to work with. He listens and gives you what you want. And bless their hearts they put up with me ,” Miss Picky.” I mean if you’re looking to get some work done, I just have 3 words to say, “ Hire that man!”
Good experience with carpet and tile selection and purchase. The contract installer Mark did an excellent job on the carpet, but an AWFUL job on grouting the tile.
Great folks. We bought Wood Flooring several years ago and they stored it for us ever since, until we got ready to put it down.
Poor Customer Service! Uninviting atmosphere. Entered store during my lunch break. 1 attendant helping another potential customer. No greeting. First time shopping for flooring, so initially a little lost in navigating the options in the store. After 5 mins of “looking lost” as I looked through the product options I was a bit surprised still no greeting or attempt to see if I needed help(which I did).
