We recently upgraded our electrical which involved running new equipment up through the roof. Unfortunately the electrical company didn't seal the area around the openings they created. We reached out to Design Roofing and the next day they had their technicians attend to secure the area. Their team from start to finish was efficient, professional and went the extra mile to ensure we were taken care of. 2 different set of employees came to my condo for a membrane leak on my large deck which affected those living below my unit. The strata paid for the work but each time they came to my unit with 2 employees each time, the workers were professional, cleaned up the area extremely well and when I paid them a tip each of the 4 employees stated that it was too much. I worked for these guys, they are well equipped and established: they have the city contracts, are a strata favorite and also help the little guys. Look no further because you'll find the other roofers who ask friends and clients to write their embellished reviews.

Poor management and communication. Reached out for inspection work. Their technicians did not complete inspection scope as requested during the first time due to lack of direction from management, resulting in having to send another team weeks after. Had to follow up with their management for 3 months to finally get the inspection report which is delaying overall repair work. Invoicing is still an ongoing problem.
