Poor management and communication. Reached out for inspection work. Their technicians did not complete inspection scope as requested during the first time due to lack of direction from management, resulting in having to send another team weeks after. Had to follow up with their management for 3 months to finally get the inspection report which is delaying overall repair work. Invoicing is still an ongoing problem.

Design Roofing and their manpower provided a report to our Council of work that should be taken care of in the short term and long term to keep our building watertight. They pointed out items that needed immediate attention and also items that would allow our roofing systems to perform for a longer term. Totally rude and disrespectful of privacy, Design Roofing did not even knock on my door before climbing onto MY roof! Victor almost gave me a heart attack when I heard his ladder crashing onto my roof today. With a skylight over my shower, and fearing a Peeping Tom, I had to vault out of my shower to call Ian before the worker finally heeded my instructions to get off my private property.
