We had a very bad hail storm in April 2024 that damaged many of the roofs in this area. Design Roofing was swamped with work all summer and finally got to mine in September. Their crew arrived early the scheduled morning. They removed my shingles and underlayment then installed new underlayment and new shingles. Then they spent a good amount of time cleaning up afterwards. The work looks great and I've not had any issues with the roof. Design roofing did a fine job installing our new roofing. From the first contact, they were very timely and efficient with the estimate and follow-up communication. The installation crew did quality work and there were no issues.
Horrendous experience and would not recommend. They completely ignored us on following up on siding and gutter damage from the storm. The material delivery was missing an attic vent fan. I notified them the night before and was told that I was just overlooking it, but just in case, they would be an extra one in the morning. I came home after work to notice that they only replaced the 1 fan, not both. Update on my Project I previously posted a poor review, I am now updating to a better review. They finally made it out to do some repairs. The person working on fixing it was a great person. Well communicated the issues and took pictures to show me what was discovered. He couldn't fix my issue on the roof do to it raining which I told him, I understand. Just had to post something after roof was done in April of this year. Noticed a few issues they said they would take care of Project Manager came out and took pictures and said they would get someone out to fix. After not hearing from the Project Manager sent him a message no response, so I reached out to the sales representative that said he would forward to the team to put me on list.
