I had the good fortune to be referred to DesignPro by my realtor, Mark Wilson. (Long &Foster). EJ Person was my main contact. EJ listened to my ideas and concerns and gave me constructive feedback about how to proceed. The on-site contractor was Ronny. Either Ronny or EJ came by to check on progress and Ronny actually worked on some of the construction. They even created a text group between the three of us to help with communication! Design Pro has been an exceptional company to work with. We started with a small project recarpeting our stairs. We then had a major flood in our home and DP was incredibly responsive (assessment within a few hours of the incident). They provided superb repairs and uncovered substandard work performed by a previous contractor. Since then, we have asked them to complete exterior repairs as well as interior work. Kevin Arnez (the project manager) and his crews have consistently done a fabulous job on all of my house projects. I live in a townhouse that was a '70s hell disaster when I bought it five years ago.
