Awful Nail Technicians & Manager – My mother and I had the worst manicure experiences at Design One Salon & Spa. My nail tech did not clean my nails, did not trim my cuticles, and did not fully remove my old polish before starting to apply a new color to my nails. As soon as the polish was applied to the first nail, I noticed that the paint was coming out clumpy and I asked the tech to thin it.
