Such a shame. This used to be a great place but my recent experience was such a major disappointment. Customer service is an attribute that should apply to ALL customers.....or before you know it there will be no customers.

Hi Stephanie. I spoke with our manager and she explained the situation. We were following our customer service policy on held furniture. We feel it is only fair to give each customer a complete 24 hour hold so they can make a decision. I’m sorry for the inconvenience to you but I am glad that you were able to get your chairs. I went in to view decor lady was very unfriendly won't return.
I love this store. It’s my favorite consignment store. There’s always a nice selection of home decor & furniture. Would you consider putting the price of the furniture you show on the furniture?
