I had called the salon ahead of time and asked what was their wait time and they said No wait; I said ok and I drove down. I walked in and I waited about an hour until she had finished 2 people in front of me. Then once I got into the chair I still had to wait like 20 minutes then I showed her a picture of what I want and I didn't realize anything was wrong until she was cleaning the nails up with alcohol and it burned. My grand daughter came here 4/3/26 the guy did not do what she asked and did not do a top coat on her right hand she came in crying and for $145 dollars for a pedicure and set of nails and not get what she asked and crying , I will up there in the am

I don’t know if she was trying to hurt me on purpose or was just having an off day, but this lady CUT MY POOR TOES UP! I wish I could post the picture! I regularly get my feet done and I let her know this, as a matter fact I just got them done a couple weeks ago (I don’t know why I left my usual spot but I just wanted to try something different), so there was no need to try to clip my toenails and cuticles like I never had a pedicure before (they were already low). The lobby, nail tech, quick services, and attitudes were great. The only issue I had was that he had to be told to shave all the rough edges off the bottom of my feet. Had he rubbed it, he would have felt it. He didn't massage my leg like the other techs and he only polished half of my pinky toes. Since I live in Soso, I have to find the time to drive back down to Ellisville to get it fixed. For that reason, I couldn't give him a top review.
