We hired Alex Verduzco to refinish oak hardwood flooring. Do not make the same mistake we did. Alex is full of promises and has tales of experience but in the end he left us with a floor that is rough, the wrong color, and will have to be ripped out. He agreed the workmanship was bad but was unwilling to credit any money without the chance to redo the floor he ruined. Alex has our money and we have the job of removing the floor. Buyer Beware!
