Beware of misleading tactics. called and asked for service call to come assist with my garage door motor not working and a fast talking guy pulled up a short time later in a vw sedan with no mask on, no gloves (covid peak time)and no tools. he looked around and said everthing needs to be ripped out and redone. gave an estimate of $1800 dollars then asked for the $100 service call fee, which I questioned that he did not do anything and why should I pay. Amazing job and finish on the garage door I picked out for my house! I had about 3-6 people that worked with other door garage companies that give me quotes but once I called Design Door Garage he came and give me the quote for my door but also showed me the small details on what to look when buy a door!
