The Newtown location staff is rude, ignorant...and deceiving. Lied about cost of frame!! I had a problem with my new $700 glasses and they were so rude to me....after working with the doctor for 34 years...the staff's rudeness was enough to make me leave for another doctor of equal talent. Beware...make them be transparent about costs, guarantees, etc. God forbid there is an issue...you have been cautioned!! Brutal bad behavior!

Lauren and shamaine were wonderful help! They were so helpful with setting me up with my regular prescription glasses and also safety glasses for my work. They both had me smiling and laughing through my experience and i will for sure be coming back! Thank you all so much!
