If I could give a minus star I would. I reached out to them to get a quote which would have included purchasing the product, levelling the floors and installation. I reached out to someone named Calyn via email as he is listed as the sales person for residential jobs. I waited 5 days and still heard nothing back. The experience I had going through Design flooring was excellent from beginning to end! Caley, in sales, was helpful and patient. He took the time with me that I needed. There was no pressure but great follow through. The installers they used were exceptional! Reliable, prompt, respectful and paid attention to detail. I am thrilled with my new vinyl planking and strongly recommend this company!
