I got my crown from them a year ago and it has fallen off twice. And the last time that it fell off, I emailed them letting them know, especially because they were closed on Sunday and the steps I had to take because of how much money the crown cost me and I wan in a lot of pain, but I never got any response back at all. The least they could’ve done was emailed me back.
Went to Design Dentistry after several years of avoiding all dentists due to dental anxiety. Had an amazing experience starting from the reception to the hygienist and the amazing dentist Dr. Khan. They answered all my questions with patience and made me feel very comfortable. Already looking forward to my next visit!
Absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Tuba Khan and her team! I came in for a dental bridge, and everything was handled with exceptional care and professionalism. A big shout-out to Saba and Brenda, who were fantastic dental assistants — so patient, attentive, and reassuring throughout my visits.
