I had a great experience with my wisdom tooth extraction. Quick, painless, quick healing, no complications.
Charged for work not performed ($1500 worth). They take advantage of people in pain. While in extreme pain and before they would do any work on an overnight abcess, I was signed up for a GE/CareCredit account, then they charged the account $1500 for an implant they hadn't done and wouldn't be able to do for six months. I returned a week later to have stitches removed and asked them to remove the future work charges and they refused, their story suddenly changed that they gave me a discount on everything (this does not match ... read more
I was going to go there because I heard Dr. Farzin was a good dentist from you and have seen their office. It is a nice office. I work nearby all the time. Who would ever expect that? I cannot understand after what you went through, the owner grabbed you buy the arm! You are a totally mellow guy. Those are terrible business ethics. What a "blank", I don't know what else to say except forget that place...

I've never experienced the complete lack of patient service eg. returning phone calls to make an appointment, returning e-mails and a ridiculous wait time then being told "The Dr. does not have time to see you". After several scheduling attempts to no avail, I finally got an appointment, only to be cancelled, three times in one week! The receptionist did not reschedule my appointment after he said he would that day. He admitted it to me over the phone that he never called me back but would not admit it to the doctor!
