Absolutely love and appreciate Jen for her thoughtful approach to hair! I’m not someone who usually does a lot with my hair, and so getting a haircut beyond a trim was also something I wasn’t sure about. I showed some references and she not only explained to me what we can do with the type of hair I have, but she was also great about explaining what she was doing at different steps. Jen is truly a master at her craft. No one has ever come close to getting to the color that goes well with my natural grays but.. Jen has! My hair went from an orangy-brass to a beautiful gray blend. Love it, thanks Jen!
Jen did an awesome job! She listened very well to what I wanted and then delivered. She was careful and checked in with me throughout my visit to make sure I was happy with what she was doing. I love my new haircut and can't wait to continue seeing Jen. Highly recommend!
