Jen is an attentive, skilled stylist. I had my hair cut by Jen and she was open and listened to how I wanted my hair, with face framing layers. I’ve had balayage in the past as well, and was pleased with Jen’s immense skill as a colorist. I highly recommend Design by Jen!

I had the pleasure of trying both Jen (haircut) and Jenylyn's (Japanese facial, swedish massage) services and both were incredible! For my haircut, Jen captured exactly what I was looking for, from the length to the weight of the cut. I have thick hair and it tends to feel heavy and she was able to create a flattering look while achieving the lightness I wanted, without my hair looking thin.
