The project was done, however certain basic standards of quality were not achieved by @DecksInMaryland. Punch list items were not addressed. James, the owner, made promises that were consistently not kept. He said he would come out and complete tasks, which he never did. For example loose stones brought to their attention during the job, and they were never fixed or addressed. Lacks communication skills and attention to detail.
I really like their designs! I will be giving them a call as soon as I'm ready!
