We had a terrible experience with Dylan with his past company. From my research, this is at least Dylan's 3rd company. He never completed the job, undelivered on expectations and timelines. In addition, he pressured for more money at every turn even while not hitting commitments. I suspect he was collecting money from clients to pay off other debts. Please be aware and do not give him money or pay ahead- it was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor and I have been a home owner for over 25 years.
Dylan Crew installed a mantel over my fireplace. He and his team members were knowledgeable concerning fireplace codes and installation requirements. They were friendly, professional, and communicated well about scheduling the work and in accomplishing it. The cost was reasonable and the mantel looks beautiful.
