Was very disappointed that we had to already add Freon to our system. We signed up for regular inspections and now we have problems. Our old system was 20 some years old, no regular inspections and no problems. We replaced it because of age. Called the office to talk to someone and no return call. Our service was on Tuesday April 22, 2025. Thank you
Zach was very friendly, kind and efficient. He went beyond what I expected, turned my outdoor water on for me. We have been with Design Aire since they installed our units in our home over 30 years ago. They have continually given us professional service.

Jake did a great job answering my questions and quickly identified and fixed the problem. The part was covered by warranty, unfortunately the labor and service call were not.
