Air conditioner went down on Saturday afternoon. Zach arrived promptly. Diagnosed the problem quickly. Had the parts on his truck and made the repair. Excellent service. A little disappointed in the high price of the replacement parts but I understand it’s the weekend so what can you do.
I used Design Aire for the installation of my new HVAC system, as well as the humidifier and all maintenance since it’s been installed. They are very easy to work with and do exactly what they say they will. We couldn’t be happier with their service.
Thomas was a great technician. He was on time, explained the process and our options, checked our warranty and explained our options. Work was completed efficiently, and he left everything in pristine condition.
Adam was very thorough and knowledgeable about the problem. He did a great job!
