I worked for Design Air Systems 3 years ago and judging by these comments nothing has changed! The bad reviews are all very accurate.
I have never seen a turnover rate so high at a company so small. Within a 30-day period, I witnessed at least 5 people have their livelihoods jeopardized, as if jobs are being handed out so easily. If there are 20 people on a team, and only 3 of them have been with the company longer than 1 year, that should be RED FLAG NUMBER ONE (lack of longevity)! The leadership is a JOKE, you will not be thoroughly trained, but rather thrown to the wolves with high expectations for you to master multiple tasks from colleagues who are ov... read more

Design air systems LIES to all clients, all their techs tell the clients they’ve repaired or switch a part when in reality they never did, they’ll still charge the client for the parts PLUS labor. Half their techs lie and steal! They are stealing from clients such as Home Depot and office max. Contact COOLSYS COMMERICAL for your HONEST, realiable, and affordable commercial HVAC needs! They hold morals and actually care for the client NOT THE COMPANY!
Design air systems is ran poorly. Too many people want to be in control and too much micromanagement from “ supervisors “ that can’t even count. A lot of nit picking from higher up. What applies to 1 person doesn’t apply to another. They are more worried about numbers than employees and don’t get me started on company policies.
