Needed a whole new AC system due to the age and component failures on the old system. Mark and his team were contacted and the quote process was full of information to make the next purchase and replacement of the old system a breeze. The removal old system and install of the new system were flawless. The new system is more efficient and new ducts properly installed.
Michael and Design HVAC truly are amazing! My parents AC went out in September (high temps around 98°+) and the moment we called Design HVAC. Michael was there to check everything out that same day and had everything fixed the next day to ensure my parents weren’t having to suffer in a hot house for longer than 24 hours. His work is professional, timely, and fair priced. Mark and his team have done a fabulous job keeping all my systems running a peak efficiency. First class service, blown away by the professionalism and knowledge base of one of their younger technicians Michael. I highly recommend this company for any of your air conditioning needs. Pricing is comparable to all other companies but slightly on the higher side. Premium service is never cheap, you get what you pay for.
Design Air is a fantastic, honest company. Mark goes above and beyond for his clients and you can tell he genuinely cares about his business and about locating the cause of any problems, as opposed to band aid fixes. Design Air has been my go to since I moved last year.
