I called Design Air after finding they were local in a search, and had some good reviews. Ken beat other estimates by a pretty big margin. We had one issue but it was with the warranty company, not Ken's fault. All was resolved and they did a great job on our AC. When we first fired it up the following spring it wasn't charged enough. Ken came our a bit later that same day and got it working perfectly. No issues since. We will definitely have them back for maintenance, and when it's time for any other HVAC work. tried to contact them for two months no call back my grandfather finally got ahold of them and he came out today. he just started working on the outside air conditioning didn’t tell anyone he was there or anything. my grandfather asked him why he never called back and he was very rude to him and yelled at him. the man also told him to “call someone else for now on” because my grandpa was disappointed in his work. horrible place and expensive no senior discounts like so many other places
I couldn't be more pleased with Design Air Heating and Cooling. I've called on them a few times and they have always been great. Ken is honest and i trust his opinion. I highly recommend them.
