Design a Dream, established in 2008 with roots dating back to 1990 - that's when I bought my first lawnmower from Kerman Honda. Today we design and install water-wise landscapes (also known as Xeriscapes) to help you conserve water without giving up your garden. We recently had their team redo our front & back yards. It was a great experience - from the design including plant types, to demolition of old shrubs/trees, to removal of old foliage/stumps, etc., to repairs of sprinkler system, to replanting & positioning. Their team works hard, shows up on time, is definitely interested in doing good work, and takes pride in the outcome. I couldn't give them a higher recommendation!
They left my yard half-finished and refused to refund the deposit. Very disappointing experience overall.
Hired them for a simple backyard project and it turned into a mess. Dead plants, uneven stones, and zero cleanup afterward.
Communication was terrible. I had to constantly chase them for updates and they rarely responded on time.
Overpromised and underdelivered. They missed deadlines and didn't follow the original design we agreed on.
