Design 10 is a sweet spot in STL to receive a beautiful service with attention to detail. The service, atmosphere and most of all the conversation are worth a visit. My nails were damaged from prior services and Chai was able to repair them and leave them with a beautiful natural look.
Chai did such a wonderful job. Highly recommend!!
Drove there Sunday at 1230.. Door is locked but google says they are open til 6pm today. No one is there.
Polite but literally played on my feet. Lumpy, bumpy, polish (gel polish) spread. Didn’t let the polish fully cure so it smudged even worse. She also cut me with the e file. Not worth 65 dollars.
Took her time on my nails and was courteous but the end result was not very good for the gel manicure I selected. Bumpy, rough and a couple nails have air bubbles, pieces of hair and one is starting to chip already the same day I received the service. Edit 6/1/25: Chai, I was from out of town for work and have since left the state but I appreciate it
