Excellent experience at Desi Cutz! A big thank you to Ravi for the amazing haircut and perfectly shaping my beard to suit my face. He is very humble, professional, and takes the time to explain what style best suits my face. The shop has a great atmosphere, and the staff are very friendly.

Very disappointing experience. I called ahead to book a haircut and was told they had availability and that I should come over in five minutes. I arrived as requested and ended up waiting almost 50 minutes. What made the experience even more frustrating was that while I was waiting, at least 4 or 5 customers who arrived after me were served before I was.
