Great Samosas! Love that is open late!
Visited Desi Chowrastha and had a very mixed experience. Samosa Ragda was the star of the evening — really tasty! Baby Corn Manchurian was tangy and not so enjoyable. But the Paneer Tikka Masala and both Naans were really disappointing. Worst of all, the Mango Lassi tasted like spoiled milk — completely undrinkable and $5.99 for that is simply not acceptable. Had worst experience, food was cold and tasted as if they were cooked months ago. Bought pav bajji, bajji tasted like a left over with bad oil and dalda. Even worse was the people behind the counter. They behave as if you are asking for a favor. First they told me our order will be ready in 10 mins then they changed it to 15 mins then 20 mins. Rude and bad food goes a long way. Avoid this place.
