(UNHAPPY FATHER) Appointment scheduled at 10 am for my 5-year-old's basic cornrows. Dropped off my wife for my toddler's braiding at 9:55 on a Saturday morning. Despite the stylist running 10 to 15 minutes behind schedule, upon arrival, she commenced with another client who was also booked for the same time slot. Returned three hours later, only to find my son's hair untouched. The lack of professionalism is evident; I cannot recommend this service. UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL
