If I could give 10 stars I would. We had a problem with a grinding sound out of our machine this am. My office reached out to custom X-ray and . They quoted $316 an hour for travel.....Are they flying a helicopter over? They also tacked on $275 an hour labor. A total of nearly $600 an hour....Neurosurgeons don't make that much. I recently had my equipment at work upgraded through Desert X-Ray. We had some issues with connectivity to our PACs system and they worked diligently to fix it. They were quick to respond, and drove multiple times to my location (even though it's 100+ miles from their office). I really appreciate them getting us back up and running and the professionalism was top-notch! Thank you Desert X-Ray!

My X-ray machine had stopped working. I called Desert X-ray and within 3 hours Charles came out and had me up and running in 15 minutes. Exceptional service.
