I have the worst experience in this residential complex, as I asked them more than once to fix some things for me, but they did not respond to my request. They also have an uncivilized way of dealing with me as a resident of theirs.
They have the worst management office and been out here about 30 plus years
I've been on the waiting list for 18 months, not to mention im already on subsidized housing; I got denied for my record and at the same time was asked for a tenant verification. Which was provided, and voluntarily provided a deposition of DROPPED charges and still denied me. The charges are from 11-18 years ago and whoever is the "Regional manager" really only wants to make room for the Hispanics and other minorities not someone of my race who trying to do good in a better environment.
