***** did a wonderful job with the blinds for my windows. In addition, because I was short of time since I was having a dinner party, she made special arrangements to have them installed just in time for my party. She's amazing.
I am very satisfied with Desert Window Wear. They came to my home for a consult and were very helpful. The blinds arrived on time and the install went flawless.
After several failed attempts between June and October 26, we finally got our shutters installed. When the shutters came out of the box one had a deep gash in it, and the other one had broken parts that immediately Feel apart. After the installment team left our home, we contacted the manager/owner of the company to allow her to hear our grievance. Mrs. ******* is correct that there is damage to one of the shutter panels that was installed in October. It is on the inside of the panel, and visible when you open the shutters. There is also a sill frame which has broken, and that is being replaced at no cost. The shutters were delivered to us in September. Mrs. ******* was overseas, so we had to schedule via email. Desert Window Wear did a great job for us. We had a problem in our office with heat and glare from the windows. ***** came out and made a recommendation. Once the order was placed it was only a few weeks before the new blinds were installed. She was spot on. The heat and glare are greatly reduced. When we thought one of the blinds wasn't working properly, ***** came out and helped. Turns out the blind was fine. ***** was great about the whole thing. Great service. Excellent company.
