Ran by slum lords. The hot water comes out looking like milk. Roaches. Central Air goes out for days. Fire department and police are here nearly as much as we are. Blood stains are all over near the office from a tenant freaking out and destroying his apartment/windows. 2 months later, still an unwashed bloody handprint on the wall. So these apts are infested with mold. They "paid" me to come clean and I cleaned out an old abandoned apt with mold growing for two years in a fridge. Instead of replacing it they had me clean it out w a spray bottle and water. Management also let animals die in an apt that a tenant was evicted from. If they ask you to clean these apts don't do it. You won't get paid and they will say it's because you didn't clean. But they only pay $35 and you have to spend four days scrubbbing layers of filth before you can get to the actu... read more
Nothing ever gets fixed. Laundry area is disgusting. Manager is very rude and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs
Went there to try to get information to rent an apartment and the lady was so rude. Now, we have all the money saved up but we wont be renting there.
Don't live here if somethings is broke they the owner's do not fix it right away or you wait a month or 2 to have it fixed. we had two broken windows when we moved in on January 2, 2013 and then Friday we had some one broken in and now we have 3 broken windows and our hot water heater quit and they blew it off like it was no big deal. please I'm telling you don't move here. The only good thing is the school that is it.
HUGE ROOMS NICE AND CLEAN. CLOSE TO MY KIDS SCHOOL. I LOVE THE MANAGEMENT ALWAYS FRIENDLY WILLING TO HELP. BEST OF ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED I DON'T HAVE TO PAY EXTRA ON A UTILITY BILL.
