The worst management company in the state and probably the country. They have ignored me for over 2 months. When something needs fixed they may or may not respond and when they do they tend to slap lipstick on a pig and call it a day regardless of how it degrades the property. HOA is threatening to fine owner and they continue to ignore the situation. They have the empathy of a cow and don't care about the tenants or the properties.
