As a California Licensed Real Estate Broker, I have been very disappointed with the unprofessional, rude emails and lack of promptness. DWP originally managed three properties for me. The reason we choose them was due to the fact that they had there own service company. DWP discontinued this service without any notice to owners. After three years, I moved all but one property as this property was renewed by tenant obtained by DWP. The tenant moved out with a $500 deposit.
