Dr. Boots is amazing! Never had a problem with the staff!
This review is specifically about Dr Rebecca Ortiz. I had my well-woman checkup with her yesterday afternoon, and I was left very upset and disappointed with the level of care I received. She was hasty and dismissive to the point of being rude. I felt that she hardly listened to my concerns regarding my health, and I found out afterward why she rushed me—she was in the elevator with me the second I left the office! If it wasn't for Dr. Zhang, I wouldn't keep coming back. Extremely long wait times for appointments and Dr. Zhang's assistant is extremely rude. The front desk staff always has an attitude and treats all customers like they are an inconvenience. Once I have my baby in a couple weeks, I'll be finding a different OB.
Front desk staff is always kind and in a good mood (even during this covid crisis) and the waiting room is always clean. Saftey measures have been taken and seperate seating is available. I felt safe coming in each visit during my pregnancy. Dr. Judy Tom was my amazing OBGYN. Every time i saw her i knew she genuenily cared for us and she took every measure to ensure we had a safe delivery. My pregnancy was difficult but Dr. Tom made it possible. Thank you Dr. Tom, and to the rest of the amazing Desert West-Eugine staff.
I put in a month ago mail order for my birth control patched and instead of dr boots and her assistant oking it their just let it be so I can bleed out again like last year so that way I can go back to doing the ultrasound and blood work again which I don’t have time for I would never recommend anyone to dr boots and her assistant. I would recommend another doctor in the field of obgyn. Unless you wanna die at a young age that’s probably gonna be me because of dr boots and her assistant.
