CE’s were never given or mailed. When asked for a copy I was given the response by the owner Janet to send her 25 dollars so that one of her contractors can “look it up,” and “to be sure the dentist I was working for at the time paid”. He did. He actually purchased additional osha books as well. As a business owner myself, I never ever penny pinch. It’s bad for The brand, it’s bad for My name and it’s definitely bad for business. I’d gladly pay the money, yet their is no promise of a certificate. Very unprofessional
There is a woman who works for your organization, by the name of Janet Washburn Lee - Levinson, who is going around on social media BELITTLING people for their job choices. With yall being a healthcare organization, to have a member of your place calling CNA's "glorified bed pan washers" is not a only degrading to the people who work these jobs, but its degrading to the patients they take care of, along with their families.
