We had a broken waterline under the driveway. I called Thursday and they were out Friday morning. The leak was detected and repaired very efficiently. Michael and his crew were very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company!
This was the second time I opted for Desert Water this year. Jose Gomez was our service person, on this occasion. He was very knowledgeable, and actively listened to determine our needs. His work was excellent.
Yes. Joe was very knowledgeable and had an idea what my problem was before we went in the front door. Because he knows my system and obstacles, i will reach out to him/DW again. Issue i had was a 10 min fix. Min service fee 195.00....little steep but my house is WAY out there in east cave creek. Will use again. All good.
