I've been reading the reviews and decided to write my own regarding "D" and our rental on Disney Drive. We have rented from "D" going on our third year in a row. We are VERY pleased with the property and its amenities. We were able to meet the owners and "D" which made me feel very safe as we traveled 1,800+ miles to this residence. SCAM SCAM SCAM! We booked and paid for their property on Wicket Lane in Indio 5 months in advance for an April booking this year. However, this morning I receive a call from Dianna saying the owners son saw on social media that people drank beers at the pool at their house last year and they do not want to rent to me. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Diana. I messaged her on AirBnB where one of her listings caught my eye. My fiancé and I were looking for a wedding venue and we’re extremely excited when we saw this place. Unfortunately that excitement faded quickly. I was told I could “book an appointment online” if I wanted to tour the property. My family, friends and I have stayed at Desert VIP Services properties every year for the past several years. The experience from booking, checking in and the stay has always been super easy. I love love all the properties we've stayed in, beautiful landscaping, endless amenities, beautiful homes with added and new decor everytime we come to stay. I have been renting homes from Desert VIP every year since 2009. They've been very professional and great to work with. My family and friends have also used them. Booking our rentals with Diana and her staff has never EVER been anything but a good experience. Recently we rented the Emerson Estates, and it was the highlight of our stay.
