SCAM SCAM SCAM! We booked and paid for their property on Wicket Lane in Indio 5 months in advance for an April booking this year. However, this morning I receive a call from Dianna saying the owners son saw on social media that people drank beers at the pool at their house last year and they do not want to rent to me. My family, friends and I have stayed at Desert VIP Services properties every year for the past several years. The experience from booking, checking in and the stay has always been super easy. I love love all the properties we've stayed in, beautiful landscaping, endless amenities, beautiful homes with added and new decor everytime we come to stay. I have been renting homes from Desert VIP every year since 2009. They've been very professional and great to work with. My family and friends have also used them. Booking our rentals with Diana and her staff has never EVER been anything but a good experience. Recently we rented the Emerson Estates, and it was the highlight of our stay.
By far the best rental I’ve ever stayed at. The property and home are kept immaculate! This is the 2nd property we have stayed at through Desert VIP and this is the one I know our friends will continue renting. From start to finish, we felt that we were taken care of by Diana. Absolutely Perfect! We stayed at the Montage 2 house in July 2018 with a party of 11. The house is beautiful and the outdoor space is amazing. Plenty of shade and misters everywhere. Outdoor bbq has two outdoor fridges which is very convenient. The house is exactly as it looks in the pictures and the layout is perfect for large groups. We never felt crowded and everyone had their own space and bathroom. Diana is a pleasure to work with and my family can not wait to return to this property.
